Aurélie Rigaut, Massage therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor
Alongside a career in the cultural and artistic field, I was led to a radical change of Consciousness a few years ago. First through a long introspective healing process, I was successfully introduced to different therapeutic and energetic methods. This has guided me to the development of my own abilities and gifts to accompany others in their own healing process, with sincerity and authenticity. During various trips, I had the opportunities to certify myself and meet masters and transmitters of different practices such as meditation, yoga, massage, bioenergy, magnetism, reiki, shamanism and biodynamics.
Today I am a practitioner of Ayurveda Yoga Massage, Reiki, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
My approach
Practitioner in several therapeutic disciplines, I focus on treating body ailments and supporting you in your quest for balance.
Reconnecting with emotions and different bodies (physical and subtle) allows the liberation of the inner temple
Through my practice of therapeutic body care I support you in your self-healing by targeting energetic, physical and emotional unblocking
